£195,000 Awarded to Dates-n-Mates Aberdeen, thanks to the National Lottery
We are delighted to have been awarded £195,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund, to help Dates-n-Mates Aberdeen grow and flourish well into the future.
As well as supporting our existing members, the money will be used to reach more adults with learning disabilities in Aberdeen and beyond, to give everyone the same opportunities to meet new people, make new friends and build lasting, meaningful relationships.

Kate Still, Scotland Chair for The National Lottery Community Fund said, “This project delivered by C-Change Scotland, is a great example of community activity in action, showing just what can be achieved when people come together for a common cause or to help others. National Lottery players can be proud to know that the money they raise is helping to support this vital work and to help communities thrive.”
Dates-n-Mates Aberdeen celebrated their 6th birthday in June of last year, and here’s a wee reminder of the last 6 years of celebrating friendship, love and happiness! (see video below)
